• Account information: Profile photo, Full name, Gender, Email, Phone number, home address, front and back photos of your Citizen ID.
• Information about the car for sale: Car details, car images, and car location.
• Information about your location when you use our services. This helps us provide features like finding friends or nearby services.
• Information about your activities in our services, and we use this information to make suggestions for relevant content to you.
• Data when you access and/or use Yocar’s platform such as IP address, browser information, the addresses you visited on Yocar’s platform, and the time you spent on Yocar’s platform.
• Any other information or data you disclose when logging in, using the Services, and accessing the Platform.
• If you are a Seller, we may also collect: Company name (full and abbreviated names), Company email and phone number, Business type, Company size, Company address, Business license images, Store images, Representative’s information (Full name, Phone number, Email).
• If you link your Yocar account with a social media account or use some social media features of Yocar, we may access personal data about you that you have provided to the social media service providers. We will manage and use this data according to our privacy policy.
• You agree not to provide us with any inaccurate or misleading information. You must regularly update your personal information and notify us of any inaccuracies or changes. We reserve the right to request the necessary documents to verify the personal information you provide.

2. Purpose of collecting your personal information

• To verify user identity
• To provide official information for buyers to contact you when selling
• To contact for the purpose of supporting the provision of our services
• To review and evaluate data on our platform
• To identify users and manage account information
• To identify users accessing the Platform
• To detect and prevent fraudulent activities
• To send notifications that we deem necessary or you may be interested in, unless you opt out of receiving such notifications

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information and bear responsibility for any legal disputes arising from their information.

• Customer personal information will be stored indefinitely and will be removed from the storage system upon request by the customer or as required by legal authorities.
