• These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and YocarVN. By accessing the YocarVN platform or using its information and functions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the YocarVN platform or its information and functions.
• YocarVN may modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use YocarVN's e-commerce platform or its information and functions, you accept these changes.
• YocarVN provides an e-commerce platform that connects sellers and customers. Sellers and customers enter into contracts on YocarVN’s platform based on the principles of freedom, voluntary participation, and respect for the legal rights and interests of both parties involved in the buying and selling of products and services, in compliance with the law. The actual sales contract is directly between the seller and the customer. The seller and the customer are responsible for their obligations, including but not limited to: product listing, warranty obligations, and payment obligations. YocarVN acts as an intermediary in the sale of goods between the seller and the customer and manages the shipping between the related parties.

1. Account

1.1 Opening an Account

• Welcome to the YocarVN website and/or YocarVN mobile app. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the YocarVN platform and any part of the services. By accessing the YocarVN platform and/or using the services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by the provisions of these Terms of Use, thereby forming a legal agreement between you and YocarVN. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not access and/or use the YocarVN platform or any part of the services.
• You are responsible for registering an account with certain personal information and must update it if there are any changes. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, account, and activities on the YocarVN e-commerce platform. Notify YocarVN immediately if you discover or suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are fully responsible for your account activities, including any liabilities, whether directly or indirectly, for damages or losses caused by failing to comply with these Terms of Use.
• You must have a YocarVN User Account and be 18 years or older to access and use the password-protected and/or secured functions on the YocarVN platform and/or services. You may not intentionally access these functions or any other protected information on the YocarVN platform and/or services without YocarVN’s permission.
• If you are under 18, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian, who must agree to the provisions of these Terms of Use and accept responsibility for your actions, any charges related to your use of the services, and compliance with these Terms of Use. If you do not have parental or legal guardian consent and/or access the YocarVN platform and/or services without their supervision, you must cease these actions immediately.

1.2 Violation of Terms of Use

YocarVN reserves the right to apply one or all of the following actions: permanently lock part or all of your account, restrict account usage rights, or request criminal handling by state authorities if you, including but not limited to, engage in the following actions:

• Dishonesty or fraud;
• A user creates multiple accounts to benefit multiple times from a YocarVN promotion;
• Impersonating any individual or organization, making false or misleading statements about your relationship with any individual or organization;
• Using the YocarVN platform or services for illegal purposes; fraudulent, threatening, illegal data mining, spreading viruses that damage YocarVN’s system, configuration, or information transmission;
• Intentionally accessing or interfering with or disrupting computer systems or networks connected to the YocarVN platform or services;
• Posting, advertising, or transmitting any Prohibited Materials through the YocarVN platform or services;
• Interfering with another person's use of the YocarVN platform or services;
• Using or posting any software or material, in any manner that reasonably suggests it contains viruses, harmful components, or damaging elements that may impair data on the YocarVN platform or damage other users’ computers or mobile devices;
• Using the YocarVN platform or services in violation of the permitted usage policies of any connected computer network, any Internet usage standard, or any applicable law;
• Altering, modifying, copying, distributing, providing, or creating tools similar to the services provided by YocarVN without YocarVN’s consent;
• Actions that damage the reputation of YocarVN and/or the YocarVN platform in any way, such as causing disunity between users by spreading information detrimental to YocarVN’s reputation and/or the YocarVN platform;
• Advertising or promoting goods or services in the prohibited list as regulated by law;
• Discussing political or religious issues;
• Using vulgar language that violates Vietnamese moral traditions;
• Restricting or preventing other users from enjoying interactive features;
• Sending or transferring illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or offensive information;
• Sending or transferring information or materials that violate or infringe on the rights of others, including privacy rights or intellectual property rights, without the owner's legal consent;
• Using YocarVN’s website for illegal purposes, including violating any Internet service provider's rules, policies, or guidelines.

2. Disclaimer

• The user acknowledges that any risks arising from the use or operation of the YocarVN platform and/or services will be borne by the user to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• YocarVN is not responsible for the legality or ownership rights of the images. Uploaded images must be clear, not edited or altered, and must not be sourced from third parties.
• YocarVN does not control, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the purpose, existence, quality, safety, or legality of products available on the YocarVN platform. If there is a dispute between one or more users, they agree to resolve the dispute directly among themselves and release YocarVN from any claims, demands, or damages arising from or related to the dispute.
• YocarVN shall not be liable for any contractual, warranty, or fault-related issues (including negligence, product liability, or legal responsibility) or other causes related to laws, legitimate rights, or any regulations concerning: loss of use; loss of profit; loss of revenue; loss of data; loss of reputation; or failure to implement emergency preventive measures, in each case whether directly or indirectly, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including any loss of data, service interruption, computer, phone, or other mobile device damage) arising from or related to the use of the YocarVN platform or services, even if YocarVN has been informed of the possibility of such damages or is suggested to bear responsibility.
• You have the right to request the termination of your account and/or stop using the services if you are dissatisfied with the services.
